Nh Dortmund Aparthotel

Great location, great and comfortable room, all very clean and comfortable beds. We were absolutely satisfied, would definitely come back

We did not book breakfast in the hotel on site, in our opinion it was simply too expensive with over 20€ per person

Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Marvellous and fantastic location in the central area, next to old city center and Germany for nearly 22, years.

Recommend for a couple of nights

Spacious room, friendly staff, with our room offering a magnificent view of the city and a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of assortments to choose from.

All was good.

Large rooms

No kettle in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby defective.

It was a little too warm in the room.

Room was spacious, but the floor hadn't seen a mop in ages.

The hotel was located very close to exhibition centre, certain areas and the airport shuttle. The location was great - ease of access to Concert Hall Dortmund. Furthermore, close to everything.

The staff was not so friendly.

Great newly renovated room. Rarely have I slept so well in a hotel bed. Shout out to the friendly front office staff. Good location to the train station and to the city center within 10 minutes.

Due to the proximity to the station we could hear rail traffic and announcements despite isolated windows.

No hot drink facility in room. One reception clerk impolite and not very helpful, but this may be an exception. Only occasion when booking through Booked.net (several years experience) that an hotel has charged my credit card before my arrival and initially refused to change to a different credit card on arrival (necessary since the booking was for 2 rooms for independent business travellers). Eventually did so, but with evident, plainly expressed, reluctance. Not a good welcome to the hotel!!

It was absolutely amazing stay, I enjoyed delicious food.

I stayed here for a christmas and will be back. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a commercial area, close enough to the metro and bus, especially the bathroom, and the train station. The location was great and stunning, quite close to a municipal museum...

The breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is really clean.

The toilet paper was thin and hard.

Recommend it for solo travelers

I also appreciated the staff who lent me an adapter for my phone, that was a lifesaver man.

Now it wasn't the cheapest place but still worth it for what you get.

Very good location, 1 minute walking from the train station and very close to the city center and shopping streets. Large rooms, good beds, modern furniture, cleanliness.

To pay to get internet in the room.
